Does that mean when the planning has completed, and your sponsor approves the plan, you can sit back and kick your feet up?
No, no, and no. There is plenty for you to do when your team is executing your project plans. Your days are interesting. Some days you are helping to resolve conflict, other days you might be activating risk responses. Every day you are being strategic and proactive. Finding ways to make it easier for your team to successfully meet project objectives.
